Creates a new schedule with the provided details. Validates asset and site existence, date constraints, schedule overlaps, and control mode compatibility.

Control Mode Restrictions:

  • One-off schedules: Only 'smart-charge' and 'integrator-charge' are allowed
  • Recurring schedules: Only 'manual-charge' is allowed
